    BuildPartner is a collaborative pricing platform for construction. It combines the latest data analysis techniques with live price information from the 5,000+ architects, builders and other property professionals on its product to enable instant, accurate pricing for construction work.
    BuildPartner is the only collaborative price management software for construction work under £1m. Historically most pricing for small works would be carried out on Microsoft Excel. Which is not purpose-built for this problem and therefore prone to inefficiencies, inaccuracies and disputes.
    The most common subscription packages are between £24pcm and £122pcm. However, bespoke prices are available to businesses with specific needs not covered in those plans.

    The material rates provided in our estimates come from saved and submitted costs from local UK builders and are checked against live prices from material suppliers.
    We use a blend but tend to focus on database rates. These are less variable, easier to model from and reflect a more accurate baseline of costs.
    We source materials rates from multiple suppliers so it would be challenging for us to take trade discounts into account at the moment. However, it is possible for you to save your specific material rates where you have negotiated particular deals.
    We integrate with multiple takeoff and design software programmes. You can link directly or import and export the information.
